Responding to a customer

There are two ways to respond to customers:-

  1. Request A Quote
  2. Direct WhatsApp

 

1.Request A Quote

Users can request a quote from your profile. These quotes will then appear in the “Quotations” tab in your Dashboard

Under action, you can send quotation, view quotation and send a message.

Please note that is messaging feature is separated from the messaging feature in your profile

2. Direct WhatsApp

Users are also able to directly reach out to do via WhatsApp. Providers that sign up for the paid membership are allowed to access this function.

Enter your contact on your Dashboard so that users can contact you through WhatsApp
