The Users are solely responsible for their decisions to use the services of the Experts, and the Experts are solely responsible for their services and products.

Scope and Intent

You agree that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with fiveconstruct.com when you register with fiveconstruct.com and use our services, paid or not.

Data that you submit to fiveconstruct.com is used to provide and improve its services and for future development. You own the content you submit and have the right to request deletion. However, providing any content on or through fiveconstruct.com, you hereby grant fiveconstruct.com a non-exclusive, fully paid, and royalty-free, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display, reproduce, and translate such content.

When you request fiveconstruct.com, Experts will be able to see your phone number to contact you directly. However, they are only allowed to contact you with matters regarding the request.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, or online payment methods.

 

Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
